A fun, back-to-basics class in which we'll break down one key pose each week, & help you prepare to execute it safely and confidently by the end of class! We also will learn different breath techniques (pranayama), mudras (hand positions), & inspiring mantras (affirmations, intentions) to allow you the full yoga experience beyond the poses (asana).
