This semi-active class is appropriate for beginner-to-intermediate students who can easily move from floor to standing and can be on their hands and knees. It is a great class for the “fit-keeping-fit” who need variety and a safer practice. Sean is a fitness expert that comes from a weight training and cross-fit background. His approach is kind, careful, anatomy and physiologically based.
